2 way voice monitoring is an option you can add onto your alarm system.
When added your alarm system alerts our central station operators, who then establish a live audio link between them and your premise. This technology helps our operators to assess any emergency situation occurring and notify the intruder that the authorities are actually on their way! Two-way voice may help us understand many situations, whether a burglary, home invasion or medical emergency is occurring and then deal with the situation instantly and effectively, giving you the response you need.
